Wedding Venue
The Willow Garden creates a magnificent backdrop for your photographs. With our civil license, both your ceremony and your celebration can be held at the Swallow Belstead Brook Hotel. Catering to over 50 weddings a year, our wedding experts are well versed in looking after your needs leading up to and including your special day.

The Willow Suite is an ideal room for a dinner and dance for between 60 and 130 with room for up to a total of 200 evening guests. There is a stage for your entertainment and the built in bar keeps everyone together in a room with great atmosphere.

Our menu and services are flexible to your needs and we would be delighted to discuss your wedding day with you in person. We recommend early booking for weekend dates.

Conference Facilities
The Swallow Belstead Brook is the ideal venue for your next conference, located conveniently at the gateway from London to the East of England.

Beautifully positioned amidst our willow garden and the brook is our largest room, the Willow Suite. At over 200 square metres, free of obstructions and complete with stage, it excels as a multipurpose event space. Fabulously set up for banqueting functions, the room has a built in function bar and separate kitchen.

In the 16th Century manor house, three rooms ranging from 25 to 35 square metres are full of period features and character. These rooms make delightful private dining rooms and serve well for smaller meetings.

The Orwell Suite at 40 square metres, and the four syndicate rooms, are convenient to the services available at reception and are purpose built for the business meeting.
