Welcome to The Angel, a traditional Coaching Inn since the early 16th Century.
The Angel, set in the very heart of Halesworth's Thoroughfare, serves as a hub for the town's folk to meet and enjoy a wide variety of refreshments and meals throughout the day. The Angel is ideally situated in the heart of the attractive market town of Halesworth, which is linked directly to London Liverpool Street (and Stratford for the Olympics) by rail. The Inn is just 15 minutes drive from the Suffolk Coast, with Southwold, Walberswick and Minsmere nearby, and easy access to Beccles and Bungay, so it's a great base to explore this beautiful part of England.
