Description

The White Horse is a friendly country pub in the picturesque Suffolk village of Beyton. Located close to the historic town of Bury St Edmunds and within easy reach of Newmarket and Cambridge.

The White Horse offers six guest rooms in a converted barn, all en-suite, five with bathtub and shower and one fully accessible disabled room. All bedrooms have modern home comforts including colour t/v, free internet access and tea/coffee making facilities. Two double bedrooms also have a sofa bed which can accommodate two extra children.

The White Horse is famous for its traditional English homemade food including a large selection of vegetarian dishes, all of which can be enjoyed in the lounge and bar areas or al fresco in the large garden or patio. The quality homemade cuisine can be complimented with a good range of locally brewed beer and an extensive choice of wines from around the world.


Travel information
From the A14: take Junction 46 signposted Beyton, turn right at the end of the slip road. Follow the signs to the village.
From the West: on reaching the village green, turn right at the the junction.
From the East: keep straight along the road.The White Horse is on Bury Road on the left.
By Air: the nearest international airport is London Stansted, 45 minutes drive from the White Horse. The airport offers an extensive selection of scheduled flights across Europe.
By Rail: the White Horse Inn is only five minutes drive from the town of Bury St Edmunds which has rail links direct to and from central London and Cambridge as well as other main UK cities.
